Marcella started dancing at the age of 3. At 13 years old she began to show interest in Latin and Ballroom dancing as she escalated to National and Provincial Latin South African Champion. 

Her first International experience was with ‘Burn the Floor’ in 2013 performing in the US. She then continued her international success where she went on to tour the UK starting from 2014-2016, with Strictly Come Dancing former professional dancer, Pasha Kovalev. Further touring the UK, in the beginning of 2020 she was cast for Strictly Come Dancing former Professional, Kristina Rihanoff’s UK Tour. 

Continuing her career alongside her partner, Dylon Daniels, she won the 2020 South African Professional Championships. 

Marcella has performed as a guest and professional dancer for South African TV Series ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ in 2014 and 2015, and is the current Winner of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ - South Africa. She has also appeared as Choreographer and Dancer on the 2019 South African season of "The Bachelor" and as a dancer for Season 3 of “The Voice” South Africa. 

Marcella was also selected in the 2022 cast of Burn The Floor that performed in Dubai. Marcella is thrilled to be part of Burn the Floor and looks forward to her new adventures with her BTF family.
